Description: This is the all-in-one service you need to get fire code compliant and certified for closing. Ideal for 1–2 family residential homes in Rhode Island, this service includes:
Full inspection of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Coordination and scheduling with your local Fire Marshal
Meter readings for water, oil, or propane (if needed)
Same-day detector replacement, if required (billed separately)
Delivery of your official fire code compliance certificate within 24 hours of inspection or payment for detector replacements (if needed)
