Base Service Fee — $169

This includes:

  • $139 for inspection & installation services

  • $30 Fire Marshal fee (required by each city & town)

  • Water, Oil & Propane Meter Readings are always included with each inspection (at no extra charge)

This pricing applies to 1-2 family residential homes.

Multi-Family Properties (3+ Units) are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on layout and detector requirements.

Detector Replacements

If your detectors are out of code or need replacement to meet fire safety standards, we’ve got you covered.

  • We match current pricing at Home Depot or Lowe’s on the same models.

  • No markups, no inflated costs - just what you’d pay yourself.

Need combo smoke/carbon monoxide detectors? We’ll have them ready to go.

  • Pass Guarantee: If we installed and scheduled it, and it doesn’t pass - we’ll cover the reinspection fee.
